Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [your email] and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Multiple Items If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
